TsynYeboon-LA Fully-Synthetic Ammonia Refrigerant Oil (PAO) is formulated by Poly Alpha Olefin Synthetic Lubricants:
Suitable for lubricating reciprocating and screw refrigeration compressors using ammonia as refrigerant
PAO (Poly Alpha Olefin base oil, improving oil change intervals, ensuring good performance at very low temperatures
Application range:
The temperature inside the evaporator is under -50 ° C
Performance characteristics
Excellent antioxidation performance when compatible with ammonia, formulated by synthetic base oil and high-performance Lubricant Additive Package, avoiding the formation of black sludge (reaction between oil and ammonia)
Low pour point, avoiding the risk of residual lubricating oil being frozen in the evaporator, resulting in superior heat transfer performance
High flash point, non volatile, reducing oil consumption by 30-50% compared to conventional lubricants
Good compatibility with elastomers (chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber...)
Warning: Storage must be indoors to avoid water in the oil, as water can cause the evaporator to block
