SynYeboon-PY high-performance heavy-duty Punching Lubricants Oil is formulated by selected sulfur chlorine extreme pressure additive, specifically designed for heavy-duty processes of ferrous metals, containing special Lubricant Additive Package:
-Sulfide extreme pressure/EP additive and chlorinated paraffin, and extremely high extreme pressure capacity
-Containing Esters, improving lubricity
-Containing other additives which can extend product service life, improving product processing performance
Performance Characteristics
Suitable for heavy-duty forming and processing: Cold rolling hard steel pipes and stainless steel pipes, deep stretching, etc
Suitable for heavy-duty processing hard steel: tooth cutting, tapping thread, drilling
Not suitable for copper processing
