Lubricant Detergent TBN300 Booster
YB-T106 is an overbased synthetic calcium sulfonate lubricant detergent. Lubricant Component Additives is primarily used as a TBN (Total Base Number) booster in engine oils and industrial lubricants.
TBN refers to the alkaline reserve of an oil, which helps neutralize acidic by-products formed during the combustion process in engines. A higher TBN indicates a higher ability to neutralize acids and maintain the oil's performance and protection capabilities.
YB-T106 is designed to enhance the TBN of lubricants, thereby extending the oil's service life and providing better protection against corrosion, wear, and deposit formation. It effectively neutralizes acidic compounds, such as sulfuric acid, that can result from the combustion of fuel.

Recommended Dosage:
Recommended dosage of this product blending lubricants is 0.5-3%
For blending the marine oil, the dosage is from 3.0% to 25.0%.

Packing and storage:
Packing: Packed in 200 liter metal drum (net weight: 200kg/drum).
Storage: Please refer to SH/T0164 standard when stored, loaded and unloaded, oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage, the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C.
